Delivery informations

​Lead time:

Each piece of Manom Jewellery is handcrafted in Mayo's studio in South East London. Since I'm not able to carry lots of stock for all styles, there is a small chance that your order may take 2-3 weeks before dispatch. If you have a tight deadline, please contact me to see if I can help! Thank you for your understanding!

​UK delivery:

Shipping fee is £7 and your order will be sent with 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' which features full tracking, insurance and a signature is required. I'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it's dispatched and your parcel will arrive with you on the next working day by 1pm.

International shipping (out side of the UK and Northern Ireland):

Shipping fee is £13.50  and your order will be sent with 'Royal Mail tracked & signed' which features full tracking to the delivery point, insurance and a signature is required. I'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once it's dispatched. They aim to deliver within 3-5 working days to Europe, and 5-7 working days outside of Europe.​

Please note that you will be responsible for any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination.

Sending as a gift?

If you are shopping Manom Jewellery as a gift and want me to directly send it to your loved one, I'll be happy to include a handwritten message on your behalf and /or gift wrapping. Please add a comment when you check out or email me to discuss!
